Terms

Terms of use for BidBefore.

BidBefore is run by a small team and is in a private pilot. Access is by invitation, with a password we give you. Please don't share it outside your organisation.

What the write-ups are

Our write-ups summarise public council committee papers. They can be wrong or out of date, and a contract a council discusses may never go to tender. Check the original paper, linked from every entry, before relying on anything.

Using the service

Don't try to get around the sign-in, overload the site or copy it wholesale. We may change or pause the service during the pilot, and we'll tell you before we do if we can.
